As an Executive Assistant Freelancer, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior management personnel. You will be responsible for managing daily scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Omschrijving

  • Manage the Executive Director's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings and conferences;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive Director and other senior staff, including booking flights, hotels and transportation;
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items;
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and other documents on behalf of the Executive Director;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director, including government officials, donors and partners;
  • Manage and maintain confidential information and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and organized;
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors and processing mail;
  • Provide support for special events and projects as needed.
