Warehouse Administration Coordinator in Veldhoven

Shift Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday; 2 Shifts (Alternating Weekly)

  • Week 1: 06:00 to 15:00 
  • Week 2: 15:00 to 00:00 (Midnight)

Weekend Work: Mandatory twice a month, either on Saturday or Sunday.

Salary Details:

  • Hourly Rate: €12.77 Gross
  • Evening and Weekend Shift Allowances included

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing goods.
    • Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse activities.
  2. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and enhance inventory management efficiency.
  3. Procedure Management:

    • Support the development and maintenance of warehouse procedures and guidelines.
    • Ensure adherence to established protocols for a streamlined workflow.
  4. Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  5. Logistics Coordination:

    • Register incoming trucks and assign docks to drivers optimally.
    • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
