The Airfreight Forwarder will be responsible for managing the airfreight export shipments and ensuring that shipments are processed and delivered on time.

Description

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Air Operations: The Air Operations Associate is tasked with planning and executing operational tasks related to Air Operations, which encompasses file management and various operational activities. They will also take ownership of job files, ensuring the creation and updating of shipping documents, milestones, and customer invoices in the system. This role necessitates close collaboration with customers, the customer care team, pricing team, and other pertinent stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to Strategy and Product Management: Identify and communicate market trends, opportunities, and customer requirements. Support the implementation of global initiatives and strategies at the Country, Area, and Global Network levels.
2. Manage Carrier and Customer Relationships, as well as Procurement: Aid the Area function in maintaining positive carrier relationships. Actively cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers, and take charge of ensuring a superior customer experience.
