Schneider Electric in Helmond is searching for an energetic team leader for the logistics department, with the opportunity to work in two shifts. We are looking for an individual who takes the lead in guiding and directing our logistics team. A glimpse of the tasks:
Monitoring and improving warehouse processes with a focus on efficiency and quality. Managing inventory, identifying shortages or surpluses, and taking immediate action. Regularly reporting data to the Operations Manager for insights into warehouse performance. Actively ensuring compliance with safety guidelines for a secure work environment. Inspiring leadership and motivation of the logistics team to achieve common goals.
