-Bikes is on a mission. We are taking circular design to the next level by designing a circular electric bike platform at our design studio in Amsterdam. We believe our mission and design philosophy will change the bike industry and beyond. has already built up extensive expertise in circular bikes through supplying products directly to consumers but also large parties such as NS, ING and Schiphol. All our design and production is run from our Fair Factory operation in Amsterdam Noord.

We are looking for a bike technician to take on a hands-on role in our design team. You will collaborate with engineers in the team to bring our designs to life and put our early bikes through rigorous tests. You will be working full time in our design studio in Amsterdam Noord. Your main tasks will include:

• Taking care of our test fleet by doing repairs and feeding back findings to our engineers.
• Prototype updates to subsystems of the bike, working with the relevant engineer in the team to troubleshoot any issues
• Build test equipment to test designs
• Use Solidworks to consult designs

Profile

We are looking for a proactive team member who has:

• HBO technical education or higher
• Experience building and fixing cars, motorcycles or bicycles
• Can solve technical problems independently

Extremely nice to have:

• Experience with electronics and CAD
