This is what you get

You will be working in a company that specializes in the production of raw materials for the food industry (including the production of milk powders, powdered sugars, potato puree, food) in Nieuwegein.
You will be working a single shift in a warehouse at normal temperature.
Work hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Mandatory interview with the employer for candidates meeting the following requirements
Sterile working conditions
Compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high hygiene standards, such as wearing a hairnet, work clothes provided by the employer (white coats, or pants with a shirt)
The company provides lunch, including salads, sandwiches, snacks, for which a fee of €2.02 is automatically deducted from the salary

This is what you will do

Ensure smooth flow of production and logistics processes
Supervise product quality and delivery timeliness
Motivate the team and ensure the efficiency and commitment of employees
Identify and resolve production problems before they escalate
You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs and reporting results
You will collaborate with training and development, quality, safety, health, and environment departments
Plan costs and focus on optimizing processes for efficiency

You bring this

Minimum 3 years of experience in production and logistics management
Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English
Ability to manage a team and motivate employees
Results-oriented and ability to work with KPIs
Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability in a dynamic environment
Adherence to health and safety procedures and work hygiene
Own accommodation in Nieuwegein or nearby
