Our program aims to transform the business by implementing a standard and future-proof 'Digital Core'. This will improve our services, increase customer satisfaction, and boost employee engagement. Future Fit will support our growth ambitions and strengthen our position in the markets in which we operate.

You will be a key member of the Design Team and drive the continuous improvement for the end-to-end design, ensuring alignment with key design choices and market standard solution. The role brings together Business and IT and ensures that through an iterative process the overall process, systems and data design will be enhanced.
You report to the Senior Manager Process Excellence with a dotted line to the Process Executive and Business Owner who provides steer and sponsorship for the respective domain on behalf of Renewi.

Your key responsibilities:

• Refine To-Be processes in its functional domain (Lead to Order and Order to Cash), and ensure alignment with the configuration of the SaaS solutions (Saleforce / MS Dynamics), while respecting the rational of design choices and value case.
• Ensure business acceptance of the To-Be business processes (incl. collaborate with IT to design organize required testing within the divisions, adapt design according to test results if needed).
• Foster collaboration between individual Process Leads to achieve a consistent To-Be landscape.
• Maintain business process information under change control and maintains audit trails of changes.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure effective communication within the organization.

Domain to Cash:
In the past years we implemented a variety of (CRM) systems that help to manage the lead to cash process within the different Renewi entities / countries. With this program coming into the picture, there is a potential overlap in functionalities. We need to investigate how all Renewi entities / countries will fit the future needs with regards to the Lead to Cash process in one harmonized application landscape, mainly Salesforce.

Your profile:

It is of prime importance that you have strong leadership and excellent stakeholder skills, in order to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple divisional and functional stakeholders. You feel yourself at home in an international matrix organization and you are looking for a cross-divisional position where you can build, take the lead and become the Renewi-wide expert in this domain.

• Bsc or Msc education, preferably in a business or technical domain and Green Belt Certification.
• Experience as a process consultant, process owner and/or Global Process owner with experience of Business process change and/or systems improvement programs.
• Experience of business process mapping tools and process performance measurement (PPI) techniques.
• Knowledge of and experience with setting up Customer Experience and Customer Journeys and with setting up Lead to Order (Salesforce) and Order to Cash (MS Dynamics).
• Knowledge of CRM and Order Management Systems.
• Experience with process design (also from a customer perspective).
• Knowledge of and experience with BPMN2.0 notation.
• Being able to empathize with the customer's needs and being able to translate these into Renewi customer processes and internal business processes.
• Experience with writing features and user stories.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
