Our Amazon Europe Demand Planner plays a pivotal role within the Western Europe market organization, responsible for building and enriching demand plans for specific Philips Personal Health product categories. This role ensures alignment across various stakeholders, sales, marketing, and the customer, to drive an accurate and comprehensive demand plan that serves as key input into S&OP and ultimately delivers superior customer service levels.

You will be a part of a growing, energetic, and talented team collaboratively working to delight one of the most advanced and dynamic customers. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Business Partner Amazon Europe.

Your role:

• Develop an aligned short-term (0 to 5 months) demand plan for Amazon Europe by leveraging baseline forecasts and incorporating inputs from sales, customer collaborative forecasts, and marketing.
• Enhance the demand plan by integrating phase-in/out and promotion data, ensuring feasibility from a supply chain perspective.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales & Operations Execution to ensure availability and allocation.
• Forecast Analysis: Analyze historical sales trends, sell-out data, and stock-in-trade to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Conduct monthly Performance, Diagnosis, Corrective action, and Action reviews to evaluate forecast accuracy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with AI scientist teams to develop and implement artificial intelligence-driven data to support forecast accuracy enhancements.
• Assist various functions in preparing and revising forecasts for Sales Review Meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
  

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• More than 5 years of proven experience in demand planning, preferably in a fast-paced consumer goods industry. Experience working with Ecommerce Pure Players is a plus.
• Proficiency in forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, and demand planning software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
