Amsterdam Art is looking for talented and enthusiastic volunteers to make Amsterdam Art Week 2024 a success.

Have you always wanted to gain some hands-on experience in the vibrant contemporary art field of Amsterdam? Do you want to challenge yourself and help us make Amsterdam Art Week a success? Are you available between 29 May and 2 June? If you answered yes, then we are looking for you!

Being a volunteer during Amsterdam Art Week means assisting us with all kinds of activities throughout the city of Amsterdam. Here is a brief overview of the roles and responsibilities you will be assign to do during Amsterdam Art Week 2024:

Host: Giving detailed information regarding Amsterdam Art Week and providing excellent service to guests. You will be provided with a 'briefing' document which will allow you to acquire the knowledge needed for this role.

Guestlist host: You will greet people at the door of various events and will be helping out with the guestlist.

Art Guide: Giving tours for the public, professionals and (inter)national groups. We will offer training where you will learn important tour tips and extensive background information on the exhibitions. The tours will be by bike, so it is important that you feel comfortable biking!
