Description

• Process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data;

• Review and verify invoices for proper documentation, coding, and authorisation;
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and route for approval according to established procedures;
• Reconcile the accounts payable to the G/L;
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices;
• Assist in month-end close activities related to accounts payable, including accruals and reconciliations;
• Assist in the preparation of various financial reports and analyses related to accounts payable;
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
